1. Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states (excluding dry counties) via our licensed shipping partner. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
3. How much does shipping cost?
- Flat $15 rate for standard shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
- Expedited shipping calculated at checkout
4. Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes. Federal and state laws require an adult (21+) signature on delivery. If no one is available, your order will be returned to the carrier’s local facility for re‑delivery or pickup.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please email hola@suyopisco.com immediately; after the 2‑hour window, we cannot guarantee changes before shipping.
6. What if my package arrives damaged?
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please refuse delivery or keep the packaging and contact us at hola@suyopisco.com. We’ll coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.
7. Can I expedite an existing order?
If you need faster delivery, email hola@suyopisco.com within 2 hours of your purchase. We’ll do our best to upgrade your shipping method, subject to availability and additional fees.
