- 1.25 oz SUYO Pisco Quebranta
- 1.25 oz fino sherry
- 0.5 oz blanc vermouth
- 2 oz prosecco
Preparation
Add SUYO Pisco, sherry and vermouth to a stemmed glass directly over ice. Top off with prosecco. Stir gently and express a lime peel for aromatics.
