
- 1.5 oz SUYO Pisco Quebranta
- 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz herbal liqueur (e.g. Chartreuse)
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1.5 oz wheat beer
Shake all ingredients (except beer) with ice. Mix beer into shaker and strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with pink pepper.
