
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz SUYO Pisco Italia
- 0.5 oz herbal liqueur (e.g. Chartreuse)
- 0.5 oz falernum
- 3 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.25 oz fresh lime juice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a tiki glass. Fill glass halfway with ice. Using a swizzle stick, mix for 5 seconds. Fill remainder of glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and crushed pink pepper.
