
Ingredients
- 1 oz SUYO Pisco Quebranta
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 oz prosecco
- 1 oz soda water
Preparation
Add SUYO Pisco, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and prosecco to a stemmed glass directly over ice. Top off with soda water. Stir gently and express a grapefruit peel for aromatics.
